Crocheting a winter blanket for my boy. - I’ll probably make another one for the second one and then a big one for the big boy (being my husband).
I’m kind of falling into one of those seasons of feeling crafty and thinking of opening up an Etsy shop full of my crafts. It happens about twice a year so we’ll see if I ever go through with it.
Trying to soak in all of our time in Waco exploring all the places we love to go. Maybe I’ll make a little Waco guide soon of places to go! Like this pie place called Pie Peddlers that has amazing pie that really hits the spot for all pregnancy cravings.
In the shadows there’s bee that fell victim to our pumpkin bourbon candle. We had two bee friends that would come visit when the weather was nice and I kind of let them fly around as they pleased since they’d always leave pretty quickly. But I guess this guy flew a little to close and here he lays. I feel responsible somehow, but really, there was nothing I could do.
Here’s to more adventures in our town. Trying to use up as much of our zoo pass as we can before the weather gets cold and we make our move further into Texas. Also, Oliver held my hand all on his own and was receptive every time I asked if he’d hold hands! He seriously is not a cuddle boy so this is a big deal.
And of course I’m still loving our mornings. The cold weather may cut our porch time a little short, but we’re taking in what we can while we can. And spilling as much coffee as possible because I’m a little clumsy these days.
